Music Group Mahora

   In 1986 it began with 3 gagaku musicians playing classical music at "Kasuga Taisha Shurine of Nara," and afterwards 
   they organized the "Music Group Mahora," which played new music with musicians of various kinds.  
   Currently, we perform widely with musicians from various genres, at concerts of "Tamukeyama Hachimangu Shrine," 
   and more.

Nara Gagaku ensemble

   This group was organized to introduce gagaku to many people.
   From 1998, they began to play gagaku for schools and tourists. 
   Other types of performance  activity includes collaborations with Kyogen and Gagaku.

Guitar

As a guitarist, he has released many solo CDs. 
He has collaborated with a musicians of various genres is very active. 
He collaborated with Khorey Deguchi on the CD "Blowin' Green Breeze,"
released by MAHORA Japan.

Japanese Drum
(Wadaiko)

Director of the 7 member "Wadaiko Super Unit Saburai." 
He composes Wadaiko's music and is the music supervisior for the stage 
productions of Mr. Sho Kosugi.

Cello

Active as a cellist in European classical music.
A member of the "Silence Image" trio with Khorey Deguchi and 
Hiroshi Kubo.

Contrabass

Began playing music as a contrabass player in freely improvised music 
first.
Has collaborated with French drama groups and composes music for 
drama and Butoh dance.
